Ingredients
- 2.5 oz The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
- 0.5 oz dry vermouth chilled
- Lemon twist for garnish
Method
Combine The Botanist and dry vermouth in a mixing glass over ice. Stir to dilute and chill completely. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Recommended pairing: brie, caviar, crème fraîche and chips
The Botanist Dirty Martini
Ingredients
- 2 oz The Botanist Distiller's Strength Gin
- 0.5 oz dry vermouth
- 0.25 oz olive brine
- Blue cheese stuffed olives
Method
Combine The Botanist, dry vermouth and olive brine in a mixing glass over ice. Stir to dilute and chill completely. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with blue cheese stuffed olives.

Recommended pairing: blue cheese, pear, honey and speck
The Botanist Rested Martinez
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz The Botanist Islay Cask Rested
- 0.75 oz sweet vermouth
- 0.75 oz amontillado sherry
- 0.25 oz maraschino liqueur
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- Orange peel
Method
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass over ice. Stir to dilute and chill completely. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the orange peel
