Ingredients

  • 2.5 oz The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
  • 0.5 oz dry vermouth chilled
  • Lemon twist for garnish

Method

Combine The Botanist and dry vermouth in a mixing glass over ice. Stir to dilute and chill completely. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

The Botanist Dirty Martini

Ingredients

  • 2 oz The Botanist Distiller's Strength Gin
  • 0.5 oz dry vermouth
  • 0.25 oz olive brine
  • Blue cheese stuffed olives

Method

Combine The Botanist, dry vermouth and olive brine in a mixing glass over ice. Stir to dilute and chill completely. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with blue cheese stuffed olives.

The Botanist Rested Martinez

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz The Botanist Islay Cask Rested
  • 0.75 oz sweet vermouth
  • 0.75 oz amontillado sherry
  • 0.25 oz maraschino liqueur
  • 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
  • Orange peel

Method

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass over ice. Stir to dilute and chill completely. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the orange peel
